“Towers” is an audiovisual digital sculpture centered on the theme of time, inviting viewers to journey through the history of southern Luxembourg and its significance in metalworking across four distinct stages:
- Exploration of iron ore
- Craftsmanship in metalworks
- Decline of industrial activity
- Glimpse into the future
Each of these stages is visually represented on towering structures reminiscent of the chimneys that once dotted the landscape surrounding significant historical and contemporary industrial sites.
